1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services, website, or mobile application of Pawllywood Pet Grooming (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pawllywood Pet Grooming provides professional pet grooming services including, but not limited to, bath & brush, full haircuts, hand scissoring, nail trimming, dematting, deshedding treatments, and cat grooming. All services are performed by appointment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person. We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, where permitted by law.
4. Pet Health and Behavior
Customers confirm that their pets are in adequate health for grooming services, have up-to-date vaccinations (including Rabies), and are free of contagious conditions or parasites. Pawllywood reserves the right to decline or halt services if a pet exhibits extreme aggression, illness, or severe stress that poses risk to the pet or staff.
5. Pricing & Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Base quotes may be adjusted depending on pet size, coat condition (such as heavy matting), temperament, and specialized care required.
6. SMS and Messaging Communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Pawllywood Pet Grooming, you agree to receive transactional notifications related to your pet grooming services:
- Appointment confirmations and waiting list updates
- Appointment reminder notifications
- Service status updates
- Notifications when your pet is ready for pickup
Message frequency varies per appointment. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our salon directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pawllywood Pet Grooming takes extreme care with every pet. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, age-related health events, or reactions arising from a pet's behavioral agitation during grooming, except where prohibited by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our booking tools and salon services represents acceptance of any updated terms.
